Our Mission
The mission of VetFest SWVA is to support initiatives aimed at preventing active duty and veteran suicides, with a focus on raising awareness and funds for Stop Soldier Suicide. In order to do this, we organize a variety of events and fundraisers. As we move forward we've also began tackling service projects to aid our local veterans. We're working hard to broaden our scope and capabilities in this area. Something as simple as helping with lawn maintenance or building a ramp can make all the difference for someone. Upcoming Events 2026
We'll be starting off the year with our first annual Ride For 22 on May 16th. We'll end with our Haunted House in October. Of course the Austin Daugherty Memorial 5k-12k at VetFest SWVA 2025 will be on Sep 26th. We're also pleased to add our Pickleball Tournament this year. Check out our Calendar for the latest info.
